About the event
Roots of Gratitude Support Circle
The Roots of Gratitude Support Circle is a free weekly gathering inspired by the Wellbriety Movement and guided by White Bison teachings. Using the Medicine Wheel as a framework, we come together in community to practice gratitude, honor our ancestors, and strengthen our healing journeys.
Each circle includes smudging, a guided gratitude meditation, and time for sharing in a safe, supportive space. Through sound, ceremony, and reflection, we create a welcoming environment where gratitude becomes a pathway to balance, resilience, and connection.
Open to all. Come as you are.
