🌱 Roots of Gratitude Support Circle 🌱

The Roots of Gratitude Support Circle is a free weekly gathering inspired by the Wellbriety Movement and guided by White Bison teachings. Using the Medicine Wheel as a framework, we come together in community to practice gratitude, honor our ancestors, and strengthen our healing journeys.

The circle is guided with respect for Indigenous teachings, facilitated by Vanessa Dunn, who has completed White Bison training and leads from a place of humility, accountability, and gratitude. This circle is especially held with care for survivors seeking healing, connection, and a safe place to be seen and heard.

Each season we walk the Medicine Wheel together:

• Spring (East, Yellow): Gratitude for new beginnings, vision, and clarity.

• Summer (South, Red): Gratitude for growth, joy, and relationships.
